Hello! I am a Resident Counselor here at Journey Psychotherapy, working to complete the required clinical hours to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe an effective therapist must build trust with their clients through active listening and demonstrating empathy. As your therapist, I will provide you with a compassionate, unbiased, and welcoming environment to express yourself in. I will think beyond linear reasoning to provide a well-rounded perspective without judgment. My goal is to provide you with the necessary tools to reach progressive resolutions to your challenges.
